Job summary

Roboflow, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to partner with the sales team in the pre‑sales phase, identifying client needs, defining technical requirements, and crafting edge‑based computer vision solutions for customers.

You will demonstrate capabilities, guide deployments, and troubleshoot to win opportunities. You will design scalable, secure solutions, advise on data handling and model inference, and work closely with Product and Engineering to drive improvements across cutting‑edge

Qualifications

Experience in solutions architecture, technical sales engineering, or related role.
Industry experience with Roboflow’s target markets (manufacturing, automotive, logistics, food processing, retail).
Strong communication and presentation skills translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales to assess technical feasibility and fit for projects.
Design tailored edge-based solutions across hardware, software, and deployment configurations.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Roboflow platform and provide guidance on deployment and integrations.
Lead technical demos and POCs to showcase capabilities and troubleshoot issues.
Serve as the primary technical contact for client inquiries about architecture, APIs, security, and deployment scenarios.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay feedback and advocate feature improvements.
