Job summary

Roboflow is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to empower self-serve and corporate customers with technical enablement across datasets, annotation, model training, and deployment. You will build scalable education, host events, and deliver targeted 1:1 sessions to reduce friction and accelerate adoption.

The role emphasizes teaching complex concepts clearly, creating guides and assets, and collaborating with Product to improve the user experience across the Roboflow platform.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for users with varying ML experience.
• Experience delivering webinars, workshops, or customer training.
• Comfortable teaching technical concepts live and guiding customers through workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and improve technical enablement programs for Roboflow's self-serve customers, including onboarding and dataset management.
• Host bi-weekly webinars, workshops, and live education sessions.
• Create learning journeys to guide customers toward advanced use of Roboflow.
• Deliver 1:1 Targeted Enablement for qualifying customers.
• Create reusable enablement assets like docs, videos, and walkthroughs.
• Identify recurring questions and turn them into scalable programs or assets.
• Monitor activation and engagement to target customers who benefit from enablement.
• Measure participation and impact of enablement programs for improvement.
• Collaborate with Product to close knowledge gaps and stay current with features.
