Job summary

Blitzy, a Cambridge, MA-based AI software platform, seeks a Senior Solution Architect to advise Fortune 500 customers on technical architecture and implementation. You will lead discussions on software architecture, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and DevOps, and run proofs‑of‑concept to demonstrate measurable business impact.

You’ll guide integration with customer environments, collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering, and drive adoption and expansion post‑sale.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
Strong understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives.
Experience with enterprise customers or complex technical environments.
Experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect.
Experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products.
Background with enterprise SaaS or developer tooling.
Experience helping companies modernize engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

Advise enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy on technical architecture and implementation.
Lead technical discussions covering software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.
Run proofs-of-concept and demonstrate measurable business impact.
Guide customers through integrating Blitzy into their existing development environments.
Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights.
Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and executives.
Drive post-sale adoption and expansion across teams and products.
Serve as the technical conduit between Blitzy’s CTO, AI Engineering team, and customer teams.
