Job summary

Blitzy, a Cambridge, MA based AI software development platform on a mission to revolutionize the software development life cycle, is hiring a Senior Solution Consultant. You will engage with engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical teams at enterprise companies to drive adoption and revenue growth.

Expect to lead proofs-of-concept, deliver actionable demos, and build trusted relationships with executives while guiding customers through architectural discussions and post-sale expansion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software development with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives.
• Proven problem-solving skills in fast-paced, complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products, ideally in enterprise SaaS or developer tooling.
• Background helping companies modernize engineering workflows.
• Previous experience at Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or enterprise consultancies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical advisor for Enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy and help them integrate Blitzy into their development environments.
• Lead technical discussions on software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.
• Deliver compelling demos to Senior Developers, CTOs, and CIOs that convert technical curiosity into commercial momentum.
• Run proofs-of-concept that demonstrate measurable business impact, and help customers integrate Blitzy into their existing development environments.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with technical stakeholders and executives.
• Drive post-sale adoption and expansion, ensuring customers grow Blitzy usage across teams and products.
• Serve as the technical conduit between our CTO, AI Engineering team, and the customer's experience on the platform — partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights.
• Track and optimize your pipeline with precision, learning from every win and loss to sharpen your approach.
