Job summary

Blitzy, a Cambridge, MA based AI software platform, is hiring a Senior Solution Consultant to engage, educate, and close enterprise customers seeking to modernize software development with AI. You will collaborate with engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.

You will lead architectural discussions, deliver demos, run proofs-of-concept, and build trusted advisor relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, solutions consulting, or technical leadership.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to engineers and executives.
• Proven problem-solving in fast-paced enterprise environments.
• Hands-on AI/ML technologies in enterprise SaaS or developer tooling.
• Experience modernizing engineering workflows.
• Previous experience at Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or enterprise consultancies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical advisor for Enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy.
• Lead technical discussions on architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.
• Deliver compelling demos to Senior Developers, CTOs, and CIOs that convert technical curiosity into commercial momentum.
• Run proofs-of-concept that demonstrate measurable business impact, and help customers integrate Blitzy into their existing development environments.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with technical stakeholders and executives.
• Drive post-sale adoption and expansion, ensuring customers grow Blitzy usage across teams and products.
• Serve as the technical conduit between our CTO, AI Engineering team, and the customer's experience on the platform — partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights.
• Track and optimize your pipeline with precision, learning from every win and loss to sharpen your approach.
