Job summary

Blitzy, a Cambridge, MA based AI software platform, is hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant to educate and close prospects seeking to modernize software development with AI.

You will work with engineering leaders and technical teams at enterprise customers to drive adoption, run proofs‑of‑concepts, deliver compelling demos, and translate feedback into product insights. This is a senior, client‑facing role with significant impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives.
• Proven problem-solving in fast-paced enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products in enterprise SaaS.
• Background helping companies modernize engineering workflows.
• Previous experience at Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or enterprise consultancies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical advisor for enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy — running proofs-of-concept that demonstrate measurable business impact.
• Lead technical discussions on software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.
• Deliver compelling demos to Senior Developers, CTOs, and CIOs that convert technical curiosity into commercial momentum.
• Run proofs-of-concept that demonstrate measurable business impact and help customers integrate Blitzy into their environments.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with technical stakeholders and executives.
• Drive post-sale adoption and expansion to scale Blitzy usage across teams and products.
• Serve as the technical conduit between our CTO, AI Engineering team, and the customer's experience on the platform.
