Job summary

Blitzy, a Cambridge, MA-based AI software development platform, is seeking a Solution Consultant to enable strategic partners and drive joint customer engagements. You will lead technical discussions, demonstrations, and PoCs with ecosystem partners, shaping how Blitzy delivers value and accelerates growth.

You will collaborate across Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Engineering, translating complex tech into business impact while fostering strong partner relationships in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Consulting or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Experience with technology partners or enterprise customers preferred.
• Strong SDLC, cloud, APIs, and system integrations understanding.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with AI-powered software development tools or cloud tech preferred.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Enable strategic partners to understand, position, and demonstrate Blitzy's platform to their customers.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, product demos, and PoC engagements with partners and joint prospects.
• Develop partner technical expertise through training, education, use cases, and resources.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Engineering to align solutions with customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to expand partner relationships via new use cases and integrations.
• Support partners through evaluations, solution design, and implementation planning.
• Drive continuous improvement across partner enablement and technical engagement processes.
