Job summary

Blitzy, a Cambridge, MA based AI software platform, seeks a Senior Engagement Manager to lead professional services engagements, coordinating with Sales, Solutions Architecture, FDE, and Product teams to ensure value delivery. You will drive multi‑engagement delivery, align stakeholders, and model scalable delivery patterns in enterprise settings.

The role requires 5+ years delivering technical programs, a track record with both agile and waterfall methods, and comfort discussing AI coding

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical programs or professional services engagements.
• Hands-on time as engineer or technical PM is a plus.
• Experience with AI coding agents or rapid learning of new tech.
• Experience engaging with enterprise clients and executives.

Responsibilities

• Run several concurrent customer engagements end to end: kickoff, delivery plan, milestones, status cadence, and handoff to steady-state adoption
• Build the engagement plan with the customer rather than for them — scope, sequencing, success measures, and who does what on both sides
• Keep scope, timeline, and resourcing honest; flag slippage early and bring a recommendation, not just a problem
• Partner with your Sales counterpart from the first scoping conversation so what gets sold is what gets delivered
• Help customer teams actually change how they build - run the enablement sessions, answer the skeptics, and get usage past the pilot team
• Track and report the outcomes that matter to the customer, and turn the good ones into references and case studies
• Feed delivery patterns, friction, and feature gaps back to Product and FDE
