Job summary

Anaplan Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Consultant to join the presales team supporting large enterprise customers. You will manage all aspects of the technical sales process with sales, domain experts, value consultants, product managers, customer success, and partners.

You will design and deliver tailored demos and lead proof-of-concept workshops, shaping multi-product solutions and a long-term technology vision with customers and the Customer Success team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a presales, solution consulting, or business transformation role.
• Collaborate with account executives and own the technical sales process.
• Strong value-based selling and storytelling abilities.
• Problem solving at technology-business intersection.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for persuasive presentation.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms, GenAI, and data integration.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning processes (finance, supply chain, workforce, sales).
• Familiarity with EPM, CPM, BI, or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives on technical strategy and sales process for accounts in territory.
• Be the technical solution expert across platform capabilities, including AI, data modeling, and planning applications.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover critical business needs.
• Design and deliver tailored, narrative-driven demos addressing customer pain points.
• Execute proof-of-concept workshops to prove value in customer context.
• Serve as voice of the customer to product management to shape the platform.
