Job summary

HiddenLayer is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to drive revenue growth in the security for AI space. This remote role targets Nashville, Atlanta, or Knoxville with a US-wide focus, collaborating across marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver comprehensive AI security solutions.

You will build strategic relationships with senior executives, lead complex negotiations, and develop tailored proposals while tracking performance and pipeline in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Proven track record in enterprise sales with 7+ years of experience.
• Deep understanding of AI security concepts and related technologies.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate tech into business value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets in the security for AI market segment.
• Build long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions for favorable terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and demos.
• Track sales performance, forecast accuracy, and pipeline using CRM tools.
• Represent HiddenLayer at industry events and conferences.
