Job summary

HiddenLayer seeks an Enterprise Account Director to drive revenue in the Security for AI space across the Southern California region, working remotely within the US. You will craft strategic plans, build executive relationships, and lead complex negotiations to close strategic deals.

Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success to tailor proposals, forecast accurately, and represent the company at industry events while promoting our award-winning security for AI platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, CS, or related field.
• MBA is preferred for senior leadership.
• Minimum 7 years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity/AI tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales plans to hit revenue targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with C-level stakeholders.
• Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
• Forecast accurately and manage sales pipeline using CRM.
• Represent the company at industry events to drive brand awareness.
