Job summary

HiddenLayer is seeking an Enterprise Account Director to drive revenue growth for our AI security solutions from a remote US-based role with coverage in Nashville, Atlanta, or Knoxville.

You will build relationships with C-level executives, lead complex negotiations, and coordinate with marketing, product and customer success to deliver tailored AI security deployments. Experience in cybersecurity or AI sales is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or AI tech.
• Strong understanding of AI security concepts and business value translation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to hit targets and grow the customer base in security for AI.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision makers.
• Lead complex negotiations and favorable contract discussions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to craft proposals and demos.
• Track sales performance and forecast accurately using CRM tools.
• Represent HiddenLayer at industry events and conferences.
