Job summary

HiddenLayer is seeking an Enterprise Account Director to lead strategic sales efforts in the Southeast, covering Remote within the US from Nashville, Atlanta, or Knoxville. You will drive revenue growth by developing long-term relationships with key executives and delivering security-for-AI solutions.

The role requires a proven enterprise sales track record, deep AI security knowledge, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proven track record of success in enterprise sales.
• Deep understanding of AI security concepts including ML, threat detection, anomaly detection, and data protection.
• Strong business acumen and ability to articulate business value of technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at all organizational levels.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and grow the customer base in the security for AI market segment.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers to understand business needs and position solutions.
• Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions with favorable terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Track sales performance, forecast accuracy, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
• Represent HiddenLayer at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and establish thought leadership.
