Job summary

HiddenLayer, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to drive revenue in the Mountain Region from a remote US base (Denver, CO or within US).

The role focuses on security for AI products and services, requiring strong enterprise sales, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead complex negotiations. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver comprehensive solutions, build executive relationships, and expand the customer base in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of enterprise sales in cybersecurity or AI tech with 7+ years of experience.
• Deep understanding of AI security concepts including ML, threat detection, anomaly detection, and data protection.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; able to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit targets and expand the customer base in security for AI.
• Build long-lasting relationships with C-level stakeholders to understand needs and position solutions.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions aligning terms with company goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations, and demos showing value.
• Track sales metrics, forecast accuracy, and pipeline using CRM to drive decisions.
• Represent HiddenLayer at industry events to promote brand and thought leadership.
