Anthropic is seeking a Field Executive Architect to serve as the senior technical voice with our most strategic customers. You will engage with C-suite and senior technical leaders to understand their business and outline a clear path for AI adoption with Claude, bridging to Sales and Applied AI teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology and leadership or sales roles.
• Proven track record engaging with C-suite executives at large enterprises.
• Experience aligning business strategy with technical execution in AI or enterprise tech.
• Ability to translate complex topics for technical and business audiences.

Responsabilités

• Engage directly with C-suite and senior technical leaders at Anthropic's largest accounts, aligning stakeholders around a clear vision for AI adoption
• Prepare for and lead high-stakes customer engagements – executive briefings, EBCs, on-site workshops
• Partner with Sales and Applied AI teams to ensure vision translates into execution
• Maintain executive relationships and sustain deal momentum with high-momentum accounts
• Sponsor enterprise customer needs and translate field feedback into product priorities
• Bridge between field organization and Product, aligning priorities and roadmap
• Travel regularly to customer sites for executive engagements, workshops, and strategic meetings
