Anthropic, a leader in steerable AI, is seeking an Applied AI Pre-Sales Architect to guide large enterprises in understanding the value of Claude and to design and deploy cloud-based AI solutions. You will co-own strategic accounts, build technical champions, and drive multi-quarter adoption roadmaps, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate needs into scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in roles such as Field CTO, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Product Manager.
• Experience with enterprise customers and navigating multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
• Experience owning named or strategic enterprise accounts through long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including C-suite.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.

Responsabilités

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout Claude adoption, coordinating across teams.
• Work with customers on AI adoption strategies, use case scoping, and architecture reviews.
• Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Enterprise.
• Create technical content for diverse audiences and demonstrate value through executive-focused discussions.
• Reproduce customer environments in pilots to prove production paths and guide product direction.
• Build relationships with Anthropic engineering and product teams to feed the roadmap.
• Guide architecture decisions and help integrate Claude into existing stacks.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude’s performance.
• Travel to customer sites for workshops and deep-dives.
