Anthropic Limited is seeking a Field Executive Architect to serve as the senior technical voice for our largest enterprise customers. You will engage with C-suite and senior leaders to understand business needs, articulate a clear AI adoption path with Claude, and partner with Sales and Applied AI teams to drive execution.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology with senior technical leadership or senior technical sales roles
• Proven track record engaging credibly with C-suite executives and senior technical leaders at large enterprises
• Deep understanding of how large organizations evaluate, buy, and scale technology
• Technical depth to understand modern AI systems and enterprise applications
• Ability to translate between technical and business audiences
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer engagements

Aufgaben

• Engage directly with C-suite and senior technical leaders at Anthropic's largest and most strategic accounts, aligning business and technical stakeholders around a clear vision for AI adoption
• Prepare for and lead high-stakes customer engagements — executive briefings, EBCs, on-site workshops — that change the trajectory of key accounts
• Partner with Sales and Applied AI teams before and after engagements to game plan approach, debrief on outcomes, and ensure the vision carries through to execution
• Lead high-momentum accounts after initial engagement, maintaining executive relationships and guiding deal momentum
• Serve as an internal sponsor for enterprise customer needs, translating field feedback into clear Product priorities
• Bridge the gap between our field organization and Product, ensuring alignment on priorities and roadmap
• Travel regularly to customer sites for executive engagements, workshops, and strategic account meetings
