Anthropic is seeking a Manager for the Solutions Architect team within Applied AI Enterprise Tech. You will drive the adoption of frontier AI in partnership with the go-to-market organization, leading pre-sales with account executives to help customers understand and deploy Anthropic’s products, including Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and the API.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role.
• 3+ years of technical pre-sales management experience.
• Deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI use cases, API integrations, and LLM deployments.
• Thrives in building and scaling teams and processes within ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, manage, and guide a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects with technical guidance and career development.
• Set performance goals in collaboration with sales and other org parts.
• Act as a technical sponsor for high-value customers and advise on AI adoption strategies and POC execution.
• Partner with Enterprise Tech sales leadership to identify adoption strategies across use cases.
• Work with product and engineering to prioritize customer feedback and resolve blockers.
• Travel to customer sites or conferences for executive sessions and workshops.
• Establish a shared vision for safe, beneficial AI in technology products.
• Contribute to thought leadership through conferences, webinars, and technical content.
