Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI Pre-Sales Architect to act as a trusted technical advisor for large enterprises evaluating Claude and planning deployment within their stacks. You will guide technical discovery, design scalable architectures, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to demonstrate value while upholding safety and reliability standards.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
Experience with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles.
Strong ability to translate technical concepts to executives.

Responsibilities

Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Serve as the primary technical advisor during Claude adoption and deployment.
Coordinate across teams to drive customer success.
Support customers using Claude API and Claude for Work.
Create technical content tailored to audiences from engineers to executives.
Guide architectural decisions and integration into customer tech stacks.
Develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude performance.
Identify common integration patterns and share insights with product/engineering teams.
Travel occasionally for workshops and deep-dives.
