Job summary

WRITER is seeking a senior customer success professional to own deployment and activation success across a customer portfolio. You will embed into customer organizations, design strategies, and scale AI programs to deliver measurable outcomes. This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco or Seattle hub.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in activation, workshops, and building champion networks, with a proven ability to demonstrate ROI and drive platform adoption.

Qualifications

• At least 9 years of proven track record owning activation success and driving adoption outcomes.
• Deep ability to map customer use cases to workflows and business objectives.
• Experience implementing activation strategies: champion programs, dashboards, and workshops.
• Experience building advocate networks and power user communities.
• Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and articulate ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own activation and platform success for a customer portfolio.
• Design and execute activation strategies to drive adoption and outcomes.
• Build and manage champion communities and power users.
• Lead educational workshops and live events for diverse audiences.
