Job summary

WRITER is seeking a senior customer success professional to own activation and platform success across a diverse customer portfolio in a hybrid NYC role. You will embed with customers, design strategies, and drive measurable adoption outcomes.

You'll partner with a Transformation lead to tailor WRITER capabilities for each use case, build champion networks, run workshops, and scale AI programs within customer organizations. This role emphasizes a builder mindset and proactive engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 9 years of activation leadership experience.
• Experience mapping customer use cases to workflows.
• Proven ability to run activation strategies.
• Experience building advocate networks and power users.
• Able to connect usage to business outcomes and ROI.
