Job summary

WRITER is seeking a customer success professional who will own deployment and activation success across a customer portfolio in New York. You’ll embed into client organizations, map objectives, and design programs that translate AI investment into measurable outcomes. This hybrid role is based in our New York City hub.

You’ll build champion networks, run customized workshops, and advise on scaling AI programs over time. A builder’s mindset and proactive engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven track record owning activation success.
• Deep experience understanding customer use cases and workflows.
• Experience implementing activation strategies and champion programs.
• Ability to build advocate networks and power user communities.
• Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own activation and platform success and measure adoption.
