Job summary

WRITER is seeking a customer success professional to own activation and platform success across a customer portfolio. You’ll embed deeply into customers’ organizations, understand their objectives, and build programs that turn AI investment into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven track record owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
• Deep experience understanding customer use cases and mapping workflows to objectives.
• Experience implementing activation strategies: champion programs, office hours, dashboards, and workshops.
• Success building advocate networks and power user communities.
• Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and articulate ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own activation and platform success for a portfolio of customers.
• Design and execute activation strategies that drive adoption and measurable business impact.
• Build and co-develop custom AI solutions with customers and translate use cases into workflows.
• Establish champion programs, office hours, trainings, and workshops.
