Job summary

WRITER is seeking a customer success professional to own deployment and activation success across a customer portfolio. You will embed into customers’ organizations, design strategies that drive adoption, and partner with the Transformation lead to tailor WRITER capabilities for each use case.

The role emphasizes proactive engagement and measurable outcomes, with a hybrid base in San Francisco or Seattle. You’ll build champion networks, run workshops, and advise on scaling AI programs over time,

Qualifications

5+ years of proven track record owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
Deep experience understanding customer use cases: you discover, map, and leverage specific workflows and business objectives.
Experience implementing activation strategies: champion programs, office hours, dashboards, and workshops.
Success building advocate networks and power user communities.
Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and articulate ROI.

Responsibilities

Own activation and platform success.
Build champion communities within customer organizations and establish power user communities.
Lead educational workshops and live events tailored to diverse audiences.
Continuously refine materials based on customer feedback and adoption data, and collaborate cross-functionally to identify new training opportunities.
