Job summary

WRITER is seeking a customer success professional to own deployment and activation across a customer portfolio in a hybrid role based in our New York City hub. You will embed into customer teams, map objectives to outcomes, and design strategies to drive adoption and measurable business impact.

The role emphasizes building champion networks, leading workshops, and scaling enablement through iterative, data-driven approaches. Travel and collaboration with transformation leads are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven track record owning activation success and driving adoption outcomes.
• Ability to map customer workflows to business objectives and outcomes.
• Experience designing activation strategies: dashboards, workshops, and champion programs.

Responsibilities

• Own activation and platform success across customer portfolio.
• Build and co-develop custom AI solutions with customers.
• Design and execute activation strategies that drive adoption and business outcomes.
• Implement champion programs, office hours, dashboards, trainings, and workshops.
• Build champion communities and power-user networks.
• Lead educational workshops and live events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand evolving customer needs and identify new training opportunities.
