Job summary

commercetools is seeking a Senior Named Account Executive to hunter strategic, high-revenue enterprise accounts in the United States. You will develop and execute account strategies, build consensus across committees, and close multi-month deals that transform customers’ digital commerce platforms.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to maximize pipeline velocity and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a proven record of $1M+ in net-new ARR and strong executive engagement skills,

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling strategic platform solutions into large enterprise organizations.
• Consistent history of achieving quotas of $1M+ in net-new ARR.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles that span 6–9 months (longer for large transformations).
• Experience engaging C-level executives and building alignment across business, digital, product, technology, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to create, advance, and close large net-new enterprise opportunities.
• Consistently exceed annual new business revenue targets through disciplined pipeline generation.
• Engage executive leadership and align across buyers and stakeholders to drive consensus.
• Lead complex sales cycles and build compelling business cases with measurable outcomes.
