Qualifications

• 8–12 years of related experience in complex B2B SaaS new-business selling.
• Experience with value-based discovery and commercial deal ownership.
• Proven ability to engage executive buyers and manage multi-threaded stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain qualified net-new pipeline to meet or exceed quota.
• Lead end-to-end prospecting-to-close processes across discovery, value mapping and negotiations.
• Translate client priorities into Zendesk platform and AI value propositions.
• Coordinate with solution engineers, product specialists, and partners to improve win probability.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast, and risk visibility.
