Job summary

Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced Senior Partner, Advertising Sales to drive revenue, build executive relationships, and lead strategic advertising partnerships with enterprise advertisers. You will craft Joint Business Plans, expand advertiser investment, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable results.

You will leverage data and market insights to develop compelling sales strategies, own revenue targets, and manage a portfolio while staying ahead of retail media

Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.
• Option 2: Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
• 5 years’ experience in brand advertising, media sales, or related fields.
• 5 years’ experience managing client accounts and strategic advisory work.
• Experience developing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and annual media commitments.

Responsibilities

• Drive Advertising Revenue: own and grow a portfolio of enterprise advertisers.
• Own Strategic Business Planning: develop and execute JBPs aligned with advertiser objectives.
• Build Executive Relationships: engage senior-level decision-makers and marketing executives.
• Lead Consultative Sales Conversations: translate business challenges into advertising solutions.
• Expand Advertiser Investment: grow share of wallet and sell additional solutions.
• Leverage Data and Insights: use performance metrics to show value and guide investments.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: align with internal teams on integrated strategies.
• Manage Sales Performance: oversee revenue targets, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Represent Walmart Connect: act as strategic advisor on retail media trends.
