Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Account Manager based in the United States to drive retention, renewals, and expansion revenue for a portfolio of large enterprise clients. You will own commercial strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor other account managers while leveraging AI tools to accelerate planning and client communications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability managing enterprise client relationships across multiple teams and geographies.
• Proven track record in renewals, expansion, and long-term strategic planning.
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve account planning and client communications (confidentiality maintained).

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial strategy and overall business performance of assigned enterprise accounts.
• Develop multi-year account strategies aligned with client priorities and commercial objectives.
• Lead executive business reviews and maintain renewal forecasts and pipelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client outcomes and resolve issues.
• Mentor other Account Managers and share best practices.
