Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Customer Lead in the United States to own strategic relationships with large enterprise retail customers, driving engagement and long-term value. This fully remote role offers autonomy, direct customer exposure, and meaningful impact within a growing SaaS environment.

You will manage a portfolio of enterprise relationships, lead multi-stakeholder discussions, and drive successful delivery through collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing relationships with large enterprise customers.
• Strong project management across multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ownership and initiative delivering projects independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise customer relationships with strong engagement and on-time delivery.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from end-users to senior leaders.
• Prepare and lead customer meetings, set agendas, facilitate discussions, and define action plans.
• Lead strategic planning sessions and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Coordinate multiple projects across accounts with internal and external teams for timely delivery.
• Partner with Implementation Managers to align requirements with project execution and keep work on track.
• Monitor account health, identify risks early, and develop proactive solutions to maintain satisfaction.
• Oversee account operations including support tickets and routine customer requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and test innovative approaches with customers and internal teams.
