Job summary

Comcast Business in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager responsible for strategic account management and revenue leadership for an assigned mid-market portfolio, building account strategies and identifying incremental opportunities.

You will renew contracts, maintain regular contact, present solutions across Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, and other Business Class products, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant sales experience in enterprise or mid-market.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales quota through identification and closing of incremental sales opportunities.
• Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams.
• Maintain regular account contact to ensure positioning and alignment with Comcast Business Services.
• Position and sell Comcast Business Class services across multiple organizational levels including C-level and Executive level personnel.
• Manage revenue, sales opportunities, quota, funnels and forecasts in line with regional goals.
