Job summary

Samsara, a leader in Connected Operations Cloud, is seeking a Core AE to help our largest enterprise customers consolidate outdated tech, digitize workflows, and unlock data insights that transform their business.

This remote US role involves multi-stakeholder engagements, $100k+ ARR deals, and monthly travel to meet clients. You will build Executive-level relationships and guide engagements from prospecting to close, with a focus on long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
• Proven track record of quota over-achievement in complex accounts.
• Willing to travel monthly to meet customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts.
• Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close.
• Demonstrate excellent solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns.
• Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team).
