Glean is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for a remote, Mid-Atlantic territory role. You will land and manage multi-million dollar accounts, leveraging Glean’s AI-enabled enterprise graph to drive measurable business outcomes.

You will work with cross-functional teams and senior executives to build pipeline, close deals, and achieve ARR targets while navigating complex organizations and delivering ROI-driven value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of closing experience in sales with a track record of top performance.
• Experience selling technical SaaS to large enterprises.
• Ability to articulate ROI and value to executive sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Source and close net new logos within the Mid-Atlantic territory.
• Navigate complex organizations to identify executive sponsors and champions.
• Research customer objectives and drive value-based sales cycles.
