Teya in London is hiring a senior technical recruiting leader to partner with engineering leadership, owning hiring outcomes for critical roles and designing fast, fair, scalable processes across Europe.

You will raise the talent density, use AI-assisted tooling and modern sourcing to move quickly without lowering standards. You’ll work centrally with VP/Directors, Engineering Managers, and People Partners to raise the bar.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technical recruiting / talent partnering in high-growth tech environments.
• Proven track record of hiring senior engineers and leaders across multiple locations.
• Experience designing centralized pipelines and calibration processes with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for senior engineering roles across London, Porto and Latvia with a bar-raiser lens.
• Co-design centralized pipelines for core engineering families to think globally.
• Lead high-quality hiring manager intakes to define roles and success outcomes.
• Standardise interview loops and rubrics for fair, comparable assessments.
• Lead debriefs and data-driven decisions to maintain a high technical bar.
• Design and run AI-assisted outreach and partnerships to expand talent pools.
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and candidate experience.
• Own recruiting metrics and present insights to leadership.
• Drive cross-functional projects to improve hiring practices and employer branding.
