Candid Health is seeking a Technical Recruiter to partner with Engineering, Product and Design teams, leading full-cycle recruiting for software engineers and leadership roles. You will craft sourcing strategies, drive interviews and offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will build pipelines, optimize recruiting processes, and collaborate closely with co-founders and senior leadership to scale our technical teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in web-scale or startup environments.
Proven ability to build pipelines and develop top-of-funnel strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with recruiting tools like Ashby to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

Lead full cycle recruiting for IC and Leadership roles from sourcing to offers.
Partner with Hiring Managers to align talent strategies with business goals.
Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and quality.
Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including founders and senior leaders.
