Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to join the Engineering TA Team. The role is based in Mountain View, Sunnyvale, or San Francisco and operates on a hybrid work model with a mix of home and office days.

You will own the end-to-end recruiting process for technical roles, partnering with Sourcers and Hiring Managers to build strong pipelines and improve time-to-fill metrics across Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, HR, sourcing, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 5+ years in talent acquisition or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategy & kickoff meetings with hiring managers to influence role requirements, timelines and business needs for complex roles.
• Evaluates candidates for senior positions using assessments and behavioral interviewing, sourcing when needed.
• Designs candidate experience strategies for hard-to-fill roles and coaches hiring managers on engagement best practices.
