Vanta is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to own engineering hiring across a global scope. You will partner with senior stakeholders, represent our talent brand, and help scale our critical engineering teams worldwide.

You’ll design hiring strategies, calibrate assessments with engineering leadership, use data to optimize funnel health, and close top technical talent in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting focused on engineering.
• Deep understanding of engineering landscape including backend, frontend, distributed systems, infra.
• Experience partnering with technical hiring managers and translating business needs into hiring strategies.
• Sourcing and market intelligence in the technical talent landscape.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for recruiting decisions and process design.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles and extend offers, negotiating to close hires.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influence hiring strategy and role intakes.
• Set and uphold a high bar for technical hiring with calibrated assessments.
• Use data to track funnel health, talent pool effectiveness, and hiring velocity.
• Represent and evolve Vanta’s engineering talent brand with a thoughtful recruiting process.
