Legora in New York City is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end engineering hiring across the US. You will work with senior leaders to define role scopes, build pipelines, and accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition in a high-growth environment (startup/scaleup/VC-backed).
• Proven track record hiring engineering talent across seniority levels.
• Ability to discuss technical hiring with engineering leaders and maintain high hiring standards.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and team build-out.
• Ability to run multiple complex searches without sacrificing quality or pace.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across the US, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope and success profiles.
• Shape Talent operations beyond hiring, including process design and programs.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes balancing quality, pace, and consistency.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer.
