Qualifications

7+ years in software engineering or related technology discipline.
5+ years leading software initiatives or managing software engineering resources, including coaching, performance, staffing, or capacity planning.
Experience delivering enterprise software through the full software development lifecycle.
Experience managing multiple priorities, teams, dependencies, and stakeholders in a complex organization.
Experience with Agile software delivery and modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, DevSecOps, source control, automated testing, and production support.
Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, develop, and retain engineering talent.
Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead software engineering teams, set objectives, and conduct performance reviews.
Manage team capacity, staffing, and workforce planning.
Oversee delivery across all phases with quality, security, and operational controls.
Promote engineering best practices, automation, and DevSecOps principles.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Delivery teams to prioritize work and maximize business value.
