Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leading projects or direct reports.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka in cloud-based deployments.
• Proven ability to define technology strategy and drive adoption of AI/ML, cloud services, and tooling.
• Experience collaborating with product, data, infrastructure, and business stakeholders in matrixed environments.
