CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead and scale our Salesforce-centric engineering teams. You will guide architecture across Sales, Marketing, and Outreach programs, building scalable microservices and integrated workflows in a cloud-first environment.

You’ll partner with Product, Design, Security, and Leadership to translate strategy into deliverables, fostering Agile practices and robust DevOps. Healthcare domain experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IS or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge (Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Marketing Cloud).
• Strong background in full-stack or backend development and API design.

Mansioni

• Own technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach.
• Oversee Salesforce architecture and integrations with external systems.
• Lead development of cloud-native microservices and data pipelines.
• Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations.
