CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers. You will own architectural design, drive strategic tech initiatives, and scale solutions supporting Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach programs.

You will collaborate with Product, Security, and Leadership to translate strategy into robust, integrated software across on‑prem and cloud environments, ensuring secure, scalable delivery with a focus on AI-enabled

Qualifications

6+ years in software engineering with hands‑on development
2+ years managing or developing teams in Agile, cloud environments
Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Marketing Cloud)
Background in full‑stack or backend development (Java, Node.js, Python) with API experience

Responsabilités

Own the technical vision, execution, and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach programs
Oversee Salesforce Core Architecture, customization, and scalability of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud
Lead development of modern solutions beyond CRM, including microservices, APIs, and data integrations
Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations
