Cribl is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a remote-first, cross-functional SDET team responsible for the quality and reliability of Cribl products. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building quality into the design-to-release process with agentic workflows.

You will own the quality strategy, drive test automation, CI stability, and collaboration with product management and engineering managers. This remote role offers a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software or QA roles.
• 4+ years in technical leadership.
• Hands-on testing in SaaS products.
• Experience with AI-developed tests and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own quality strategy and metrics across Cribl products.
• Lead test automation and CI stability improvements.
• Optimize end-to-end pipelines for quality and velocity.
• Coach remote-first test engineers.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering managers on quality standards.
• May include on-call duties.
