Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager II to own customer success for major accounts in Commerce, Transportation, and Manufacturing. You will guide strategic initiatives from concept to implementation, delivering measurable outcomes and exceptional satisfaction.

You will lead multi‑discipline teams, perform assessments to steer customer architecture, and partner with sales to expand services. This role requires strong consulting experience and cloud/DevOps knowledge.

Qualificações

• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role or consulting
• Experience delivering large technical programs successfully
• Knowledge of DevOps, web performance and core internet technologies
• Familiarity with compute technologies and cloud-based systems
• Able to work independently as part of a remote team

Responsabilidades

• Own customer success and act as trusted advisor to achieve outcomes
• Perform research and assessments to identify trends and influence decisions
• Architect and manage web performance, cloud, and security solutions
• Define account strategy, relationships, and project pipeline
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams and foster collaboration
• Partner with sales/pre-sales to expand services and solutions
