Job summary

Centraprise is seeking an Engagement Manager to nurture client relationships, oversee delivery, and ensure satisfaction by aligning client goals with our capabilities. You will act as the primary contact, coordinating internal teams to deliver solutions and manage scope and finances for long-term partnerships.

This role involves driving new business opportunities through RFI/RFP processes, strong stakeholder management, and maintaining excellent English communication with clients and team

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in a client-facing role in service delivery, client management, or program management.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industries.
• Strong background in Public Cloud (Azure, GCP), IT network operations, and security.
• Experience with onsite-offshore delivery models and distributed teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken English communication skills.
• Experience presenting to Steering Committees and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and build trust to understand goals.
• Orchestrate project plans, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Oversee project finances and ensure contractual terms are met.
• Address client issues, complaints, and conflicts promptly.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Drive new business opportunities through RFI/RFP processes.
• Develop initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture and align engagement with company goals.
