Job summary
Centric Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager to drive successful delivery, account growth, and practice leadership. You will lead complex client engagements, mentor teams, and develop strategic relationships with executive stakeholders to shape our business direction.
The role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, building trust across client organizations, and guiding proposals, RFPs, and SOWs while advancing Centric's footprint and impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in consulting or professional services leadership.
- Experience leading complex client engagements and executive relationships.
- Track record in business development and account growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex client programs and ensure successful delivery and outcomes.
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute growth strategies with client account leaders.
- Oversee governance, financial performance, and risk management of engagements.
- Mentor teams and foster collaboration, learning, and delivery excellence.
- Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and recruiting.
