Qualifications
- 10+ years in consulting or professional services leadership.
- Experience leading complex client engagements and executive relationships.
- Track record in business development and account growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex client programs and ensure successful delivery and outcomes.
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute growth strategies with client account leaders.
- Oversee governance, financial performance, and risk management of engagements.
- Mentor teams and foster collaboration, learning, and delivery excellence.
- Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and recruiting.
