You will act as the primary contact, manage scope/finances, resolve issues, and coordinate internal teams for long-term partnerships. The role emphasizes exceptional English communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration with COE groups to drive service excellence and new opportunities in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance

Qualifications

• 12–15 years IT experience with 5+ years in client-facing services.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industries.
• Strong cloud, network operations and security background.
• Experience managing onsite-offshore delivery and distributed teams.
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
• Collaboration with COE groups and practice teams to meet client needs.
• Steering Committee and Operations presentations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field; CIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: be primary contact, build trust and understand client goals.
• Project Oversight: plan, track timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Financial & Contract Management: monitor project finances and ensure terms are met.
• Problem Resolution: address client issues, complaints, and conflicts promptly.
• Internal Coordination: liaise with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Driving Opportunities: lead RFIs/RFPs and pursue new business opportunities.
