Job summary

Infosys Limited in the United States seeks a Senior Engagement Manager for the Capital Markets vertical to lead strategic client engagements and drive account growth. You will collaborate with delivery and business stakeholders to ensure commitments are fulfilled and client satisfaction remains high.

Key responsibilities include strengthening relationships with senior client stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding proposal development with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 14+ years experience in sales/relationship/account management.
• Strong client engagement, account management and delivery management experience.
• Experience in Capital Markets and exposure to investment banks or asset/wealth firms.
• Ability to interact with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience supporting business development, proposals and client discussions.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• US work authorization without employer sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic client engagements in Capital Markets.
• Strengthen client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with delivery and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Support account growth and opportunity management from prospecting to closure.
• Coordinate with solution, delivery and consulting teams on proposals and presentations.
• Assist with account planning, governance and stakeholder management.
