Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, building relationships and guiding broad account strategy with Directors and BU leads.
• Manage full project lifecycles, create and maintain detailed project plans, and communicate scope, milestones, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Support account and project financial management, including budgets, forecasting, and variance tracking.
• Lead SCRUM ceremonies including backlog refinement, standup, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across UX, design, analytics, marketing, QA, and development to align on SOW commitments.
• Maintain client documentation and knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint, project artifacts).
