Reply is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead day‑to‑day client contacts, manage project lifecycles, and guide account strategy with senior leadership. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, oversee budgets, and ensure delivery aligns with client goals and end‑user needs.

The role requires a strong digital background, excellent project management skills, and a collaborative, consultative mindset to drive value and growth for Fortune 1000 clients.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, building relationships and guiding broad account strategy with Directors and BU leads.
• Manage full project lifecycles, create and maintain detailed project plans, and communicate scope, milestones, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Support account and project financial management, including budgets, forecasting, and variance tracking.
• Lead SCRUM ceremonies including backlog refinement, standup, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across UX, design, analytics, marketing, QA, and development to align on SOW commitments.
• Maintain client documentation and knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint, project artifacts).
