Centric Consulting seeks a Senior Manager to lead complex projects and guide executive stakeholders in a hybrid work setting. You will drive client satisfaction, manage governance, and shape engagement strategies across diverse accounts.

With 10+ years in consulting or professional services, you will mentor teams, lead proposals, and contribute to business growth while maintaining strong client relationships and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP, Agile, Scrum or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders with strategic guidance.
• Build and strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Lead and contribute to proposals, SOWs, estimates, and client presentations.
• Partner with account leaders to develop account strategies and expand Centric's footprint.
• Manage project governance, financials, risk, and engagement health.
• Mentor consulting team members and foster collaboration and delivery excellence.
• Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and practice growth.
